Results may vary depending on factors including market conditions, advertising budget, geographic market, staffing specialties, offer, sales process, responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.

Where AIscend provides a specific performance guarantee under a separate written agreement, that agreement will govern the applicable guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide information necessary for us to build and operate your campaigns.

Respond appropriately to leads and booked appointments.

Maintain accurate business, contact, and scheduling information.

You are responsible for decisions made regarding leads, prospects, appointments, and business opportunities generated through our services.

5. Payments & Service Fees

AIscend services may require payment of setup fees, recurring service fees, retainers, advertising management fees, or other charges disclosed before the start of services.

Applicable pricing, billing terms, service fees, and payment schedules will be provided through the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written arrangement.

Advertising spend may be separate from AIscend service fees and may be paid directly to the applicable advertising platform where specified.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our applicable refund policy or service agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
